Party Busters Guarantee gives our assurances about the quality of products we use and services we provide, as well as a promise to provide repair or replacement if something goes wrong within a set amount of time.

PARTY BUSTERS BALLOON GUARANTEE

Party Busters Balloon Guarantee 🎈 Our promise to our customers.  Party Busters guarantees each helium filled balloon purchased is fully inspected for visual imperfections, insuring the quality control of each balloon.  Party Busters will replace any balloon damaged due to imperfections during the fulfillment of each order before and up to scheduled pick up to ensure the integrity of each helium filled balloon purchase is in satisfactory condition.

BALLOON WEIGHT/CONNECTION GUARANTEE

Balloon Weight(s) added with balloon orders are checked for quality.  All ribbon tied balloons are securely connection to the weight(s).  We are not responsible for any separation of the ribbon tied balloon(s) from the weight(s) once the order is in the possession of the consumer and/or has left the pick up location.

HELIUM FLOAT & FILL LIFE GUARANTEE

• Float Life for Latex & Confetti Balloons - 8-10 hrs.   

• Helium Float Life for Foil Balloons - 24 hrs.

• Helium Float Life for Airwalkers Balloons - 24 hrs.

• Fill Life Airloonz Balloons  (air filled only) - 24 hrs.

* Please be aware of our Helium Float & Fill Life Guarantee applies to balloons kept at room temperature. Cold temperatures can cause Helium to shrink. Balloons will re-inflate after a few minutes returning to room temperature.

** Please be aware of our Helium Float & Fill Life Guarantee when scheduling balloon order pick up time.

*** 24HR NOTICE REQUIRED to reschedule order pick up time(s) or to cancel a processed order.  Party Busters will not responsible to replace, exchange or refund any late reschedule balloon orders.  No refunds on unclaimed fulfilled balloon orders.

PARTY BUSTERS REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Party Busters guarantees to replace any Balloon that fails our pre-fill inspection. Party Busters guarantees to replace and refill any helium filled balloon(s) that fail between pre-inspection and up to but not after the scheduled pick up time, with the same or similar balloon and required unit of volume of Helium. No Refunds.

PARTY BUSTERS FULFILLMENT GUARANTEE

Party Busters guarantee is considered fulfilled in full and is not responsible for any damages to any components of an order in its entirety once (1) the order is in the customers possession while at the pick up location and/or (2) after leaving the pick up location with their order.
